Meet Jessica Scott

Founder/Owner

Jessica Scott, a seasoned healthcare professional with a Bachelor's degree in Health Management, has swiftly transformed from a former nurse into the visionary force behind a thriving healthy lifestyle company. In less than a year, Jessica has achieved remarkable milestones, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to wellness. The journey began in January 2023 when Jessica started crafting cold-pressed juice in her kitchen. An Instagram story showcasing her creation inspired a friend's weight loss journey for her wedding, triggering a trend that propelled production to an impressive 500 bottles per day by February. By June, the company secured a four-story building in downtown Chicago, marking a strategic leap forward. July saw the opening of the company's inaugural pop- up on Michigan Avenue. Despite challenges, Jessica navigated coding and licensing intricacies with the City of Chicago, securing approvals on the eve of the launch. The pop-up generated $2,500 in its first month, indicating strong consumer reception. August witnessed the launch of a nationwide delivery app, enhancing accessibility. September brought media recognition, featuring Jessica on WGN The Good Morning show & WGN The MidDay Show and Fox Good Morning Show, coinciding with a shift to a co-packer for enhanced sales focus. October and November saw the company supplying cold-pressed juices to high-end corporations like The Drake and Evie Roister. In December, production returned in-house, with successful forays into grocery stores like Go Grocers and Olivia's Market. As January unfolds, Jessica envisions continued success, emphasizing innovation, community engagement, and an expanding product line. Stay tuned for a year filled with achievements and positive impacts on the realm of healthy living.
